Is there a shuttle from the airport?
Monterey Regional Airport: Transfer service is complimentary. Monterey Jet Center, Del Monte Aviation (Monterey), San Jose International, and San Francisco International Airports: Transfer service is available for a fee. For arrangements and fees, call the Transportation Department at 831-649-7606. Twenty-four hour advance notice is required, with final approval subject to availability.
Do I need to check in for the Invitational when I arrive?
Yes. Please check in with us at Registration when you arrive. In addition to fabulous tee prizes, you’ll receive a welcome packet. Inside you’ll find the full event schedule, teams and tee times, seating chart, information on the charities being supported by The Parker Invitational at Pebble, map of The Inn at Spanish Bay property, and local recommendations.
How do I get to the courses?
Pebble Beach Resorts offers complimentary shuttle service from The Inn at Spanish Bay. Each run includes a stop at Spyglass Hill Golf Course, The Spa at Pebble Beach, and Pebble Beach Golf Links. Each one-way trip takes up to 30 minutes, so please keep this in mind for travel during the tournament.
How will we keep score?
We’ll be using Golf Genius, which features live scoring and a live leaderboard. Please download the Golf Genius app to your mobile phone from the APP Store and log in prior to your arrival. The app is very user-friendly and is a great enhancement to the event! The GGID code (passcode) for our tournament will be available soon.
Can I ship my clubs to the Inn at Spanish Bay?
Yes. All golf club packages should be addressed as follows:

What do I do with my clubs when I arrive?
When you arrive, you can leave your clubs with the valet/bellman and they will be stored overnight. You can request your clubs in the morning before your round.
How do I reserve a caddie?
Caddie availability may be limited. If you are interested in caddie service, we recommend making a reservation as soon as possible through the online registration page. Please note: reservations cannot be changed after May 25, 2022.
When will I receive my tee times?
Tee times will be posted and distributed via email during the week of May 16th.
Are golf carts provided?
Yes. All players will be provided a golf cart for each of the rounds. Players can also walk, with or without a caddie.
What is the attire for golf and the dinners?
Rounds: Appropriate golf attire (collared shirts, shorts/pants/skirts) Hosted dinners: Smart casual (slacks/skirts/dresses, golf or button-down shirts/blouses; sports coats optional)
How do I make dinner reservations?
As part of the Invitational program, 2 dinner events are included. If you would like to make reservations for any of the resort restaurants for free nights, please call 1-800-877-0597. https://www.pebblebeach.com/dining
I already registered but I would like to add a spouse, friend, or child.
If you would like to bring a spouse, friend, or child, you will have the opportunity to make that selection when registering. Please make sure to include their name. There is a $700 fee that covers the functions (organized breakfasts and dinners). Anyone joining you in your guestroom and attending meals must be registered and payment received. You can add a spouse/guest after registering by logging into your account. Additions and refunds cannot be made after May 25, 2022.
What is the cancellation policy?
The last day to cancel registration and receive a full refund is 12pm PT, April 9, 2022. After that time, refunds cannot be made, but you may transfer your registration to another player. You will be responsible for the golf fees for all practice and competition rounds, regardless of your attendance (ex: late arrival, etc.). The last day to cancel a caddie reservation and receive a refund is May 29, 2022. After that time, refunds cannot be made, but you may transfer your reservation to another player. The last day to change or cancel additional room nights is 12pm PT, April 9, 2022.
Can I arrive early or stay after the tournament has ended?
Yes. There are a limited number of rooms available at the discounted group rate of $665 for Sunday, May 29, Friday, June 3, and Saturday, June 4. You are responsible for these charges and changes cannot be made after 12pm PT, April 9, 2022. Applicable taxes and fees apply and will be charged to your final room bill.
Can you accommodate my dietary requirements?
Absolutely! If you have already registered, please email dietary requirements for yourself and/or your spouse or guest to regina@calico-events.com. There will either be options as part of any buffets, or an individual meal will be prepared for you.
When will registration close?
Registration will close on January 15, 2022 or when no spots remain, whichever happens first.
